I will soon be coming out with a book about detoxifying YOUr home from the inside out! This year I decided to go ALL GREEN with ALL GREEN PRODUCTS! Yup! And I gotta tell you, it has been an ongoing process! I'm testing different products against others to see which ones I think work best. I am testing them out in my own house as well as on my show (behind the scenes). I am having a blast doing it, but it is quite time consuming!
I have also been on a healthy kick, cleansing my body and organs eating really well, and finally feeling better than ever! I am CONSTANTLY around different toxins and molds, bacteria etc.. with my job so its important to keep on top of my health OR...WELL...you might see a different person hosting my show! I gotta stay healthy, so along the way I'm going to share some pretty incredible products and favorite things I have found for my home and my health! I feel so good knowing I'm making myself and the planet healthier! I hope you join me in switching to GREEN and "Environmentally Friendly Products" and make a difference in your life and the world around you. I have shared some of my new found treasures with friends and family and after a few days of using the products they tell me to SHARE THE INFO!! GET IT OUT THERE!! I discovered most of them at home shows around America.....I have been to MANY Home Expos around the country and have been totally fascinated at the new things people are creating, inventing, and doing to make you and your home healthier!
Some of the wonderful products I tried and tested are from left field like (jewellery cleaners) and others products (some of the greatest ones I've found) are from mom and pop family owned businesses. There are homemade products made with a lot of TLC for the body and the home. Of course others are from much larger companies that are all on board to cleaning up the world we live in. I also love the Natural Miracle Shampoo, the toothpaste and the non toxic (no smell) NAIL POLISH REMOVER is outstanding, as well as the Miracle Lip Conditioner! I have been using all of these products and my hair has never been healthier!
** The best thing is that the Miracle Conditioner can also be used as a fabric softener for your clothing as well as a million other uses! The shampoo is also used as laundry detergent! The Miracle Conditioner is also used as a skin moisturizer but I don't think its moisturizing enough so I add a little coconut oil to it. I prefer it as a hair conditioner and fabric softener!
I was just at the Home Show in Denver a couple weeks ago and I met a gentleman who invented this fab non toxic jewelery cleaner from Sunshine Products out of Arlington Washington.

If you are into Coconut oil....GOOD JOB in keeping healthy! It really is a miracle oil! Coconut oil is a wonderful nourishing oil for your skin, hair and body! I even put a spoon full in my protein shake ever morning! From what I have learned and experienced it has antiviral, antifungal, and antibacterial properties and is one of the only oils you can use that doesn't turn toxic when heated! Its the ONLY oil I cook with (except for pasta and soba noodles, because I discovered that it turns them mushy and I have no idea why, but it does).
It tastes amazing with eggs, meat and and can be substituted for oil in many recipes! Just don't put it on cold foods like salad because it will harden and before you know it you have a bowl of mess! ( I learned all of this from experience) ha! I also put it on my toast! I put it on my hair overnight and WOW! If you have problems with a flaky scalp just put it on your scalp and hair overnight (make sure to place a towel on your pillow), and the problem should pretty much be gone the next morning. I have tried many different kinds and I found the best smelling and tasting one is from Dr Ben Kim Natural Healing Solutions from Barrie Ontario Canada.
